"The Caravel"

The year is 1990. The tunes are banging, the drinks are cheap. Join us at The Caravel pub, where at one table sits a group of teenage girls, entering adulthood, dealing with the changes within themselves and their friends. Meanwhile, Glasgow's biggest gangsters are plotting and planning only a table away...

"The Caravel" sold out audiences both in Glasgow and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. It received 5 Stars from The Derek Awards, The Student Newspaper, and was featured in articles from Glasgow World and City of Glasgow's "Woman in Media" column.

Inspired by true stories, "CAMH DOWN" tells the story of six young people navigating the UK's mental health system.

Cuttin' Aboot's debut show, "CAMH DOWN" was first performed in the Glasgow Acting Academy to a sold-out audience. It was then picked up by Golden Friendships, a charity based in Dalmuir, in which over a hundred free tickets were given out to the public, followed by a night of karaoke and raffles.
